About the session
This is a much lighter trans level than Quantum Hypnosis session, but people still do find some things that need to know and they do find information, but it’s not going to be that deep as if Quantum Hypnosis.
This session has three parts to it.
The first part - you will go into your past life. It’s helpful to think about what you would like to find out. Sometimes you have things you are looking for, what’s wrong with you/situation, and you might want to find out a cause. I have no control over where you are going to go. You will see what you are supposed to see.
The second part - you will meet your Guide or your Guardian Angel, and you are going to get a message from them.
The third part - you will go into the future.
Your session will be recorded and you can listen to it via Dropbox.
Getting ready for the regression session
This session is based on visualization. Visualization isn’t difficult. Some people say they don’t know how to visualize because they don’t know what the word means or they don’t see anything. They are thinking to see with their eyes. It is a common mistake for people to anticipate that they have to SEE in hypnosis. Many people do not see anything in a regression. They, instead, know it, or think it, or feel or hear the details of the past life. All of your five inner senses and your intuitive knowing are channels through which past lives are experienced. Go with your natural ways of experiencing. Trust the process and what comes, even if you feel you are making it up. The content is still coming from within you even if you think it is your imagination. Your imagination is still a reflection of who you are, and is relevant to your metaphors, archetypes, and unconscious experience of Self. Give yourself permission to go with whatever is coming to you, even if it doesn’t make any sense. Let go of trying to control or figure it out and let the process evolve. Prior the regression we will do some visualization exercises which will get you ready for the session.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
What is Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)?
Hypnosis is a very old method of healing. It’s a safe, gentle, and effective way to reduce stress, and get to the root of emotional problems that can effect deep change in a person’s life.
The person enters a state of mind that can be likened to experiencing a pleasant daydream, a type of focused concentration. Those in hypnosis look like they are asleep, but they are actually focused on what is happening in their imagination, while their body is feeling deeply relaxed.
Dolores Cannon developed and perfected her unique method of hypnosis, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), over several decades and thousands of QHHT sessions. QHHT achieves the deepest level of hypnosis possible, the Somnambulistic level of trance. The Somnambulistic state is ordinarily experienced two times a day: just before becoming awake and just before falling asleep. Most hypnotists do not work in the Somnambulistic level, either because they don’t have the ability to access this level of trance, or they are weary of working in the most mysterious level of hypnosis, which can produce unexpected results, such as reliving a past life.
QHHT is a powerful tool to access that all knowing part of ourselves that has been called The Higher Self, The Over soul, even the Soul itself. Dolores’s term The Subconscious, which she later abbreviated to The SC, is that greater part of ourselves that is always connected to The Source, or God, and has unlimited knowledge and an unlimited ability to heal the physical body. Sometimes mental and physical ailments are rooted in trauma from past lives; sometimes they are connected to lessons being learned in a person’s present life. The SC reveals the cause and will assist according to any soul’s particular lessons.
QHHT and Healing
Once the Subconscious (SC) has been contacted during a QHHT session, the QHHT Practitioner asks it to identify and explain the cause behind any problem, and then asks the SC if it is permissible and possible to heal the condition. If the SC agrees, healing is immediate, without discomfort, medication or surgery. In many cases, once the SC reveals the source of the ailment or psychological problem, a release occurs in the subject’s body and mind, and the patient is freed form their condition.
In all cases, before healing can occur, an individual must want to be cured. The healing also cannot interfere with the lessons of their present life or the contracts they made before incarnating. An example of a conflict in healing could be the Subconscious not agreeing to restore the sight of a blind person if that was one of the lessons they agreed to learn before incarnating in their present life.

What to Expect from Your QHHT Session?
- QHHT sessions are only done in person.
- QHHT sessions are around four hours. This time includes an interview, the hypnosis experience and time afterwards to discuss your session.
- The process may bring up real and sometimes intense emotions and body sensations for healing and release. While you can bring yourself out of the process anytime you wish, it is usually most healing to go through the experience so an energy release can take place. Try to stay with your experiences and move through them.
- Feeling somewhat awake & aware in a session. A common misconception about the deep state of hypnosis is that you will feel asleep and/or not remember much or anything of your time in hypnosis. Matter of fact being aware and having clear access to our higher guidance is where we as a whole are headed!
What Happens in HHT session?
Before your session, we will go over the reasons you are coming for therapy, what you hope to gain from it, the questions you would like answered, and the important relationships in your life. The issues, questions and healings to be discussed with your subconscious will all be clarified with you at this time.
The Hypnosis Experience
You will be settled comfortably into a reclining position where you can relax. Once you enter the trance state, you will be immediately in touch with your subconscious, and we will be able to get the answers to your questions, to facilitate healing, and to receive the wisdom and advice that is available to you at this time.
The afterwards discussion
After the session, you will be brought back to wakefulness and you will feel refreshed, just as though you’ve had a nap. We then go over the information we received and we discuss the answers to the questions you brought with you. A session can take 4 hours. Allow for travel time.
Three simple tips to help to have a great QHHT session:
1) When your practitioner asks you to see or feel something - try to see and feel it with as much detail as you can imagine.
2) When your practitioner asks you a question always answer with the very first thought you have.
3) Talk and describe what you are seeing, feeling and experiencing in as much detail as you can.
4) Before you come, prepare a list of issues and questions you want addressed, so we will be sure not to miss anything. You can even email this list to me to save time.
